Our faux fur blankets do not shed in large quantities. Slight fuzz on new blankets is a normal industry phenomenon that does not affect wholesale sales or customer use in any way, so buyers need not worry about quality or after-sales issues.
When new products leave the factory, a small amount of loose fibers from the cutting and sewing processes may remain on the surface. Upon receipt, customers can simply shake the blanket gently or use a lint roller to remove these fibers, after which they will disappear completely. The blanket will not shed any further during normal use or washing.
During mass production, we apply a fiber-fixing and setting process. The fabric base is dense, and the fibers are firmly bonded. We strictly control shedding rates and adhere to international wholesale and retail supply standards. Only low-quality, low-cost products experience persistent shedding; our products completely avoid such issues.
A tip for buyers: Before placing an order, request a sample of the actual production batch to test for shedding. For bulk orders, ensure the production process and fabric batches are consistent to guarantee greater stability—you can purchase with confidence.
