We will make every effort to meet the agreed delivery date, but we are not responsible for delays in delivery due to the following circumstances: customer delay in providing necessary information or confirmation, customer order changes, force majeure (see below), or third-party logistics delays.
* Mode of Transportation and Risk Transfer: The mode of transportation (sea, air, or road) and the point of risk transfer are determined by mutual agreement. The customer is responsible for arranging transportation or appointing a freight forwarder (if applicable).
* Transport Documents: We will provide the necessary transport documents.
* Acceptance: The customer must inspect the goods within 7 business days of arrival at the destination. For any shortages or obvious transport damage, the customer must immediately notify the carrier and us and provide relevant supporting documentation (e.g., photos, inspection report). For non-obvious quality issues, the notification period is 7 days after receipt of the goods.
8. Quality and Standards
* Quality Standards: Products must conform to industry standards and specific customer standards.
* Samples: If an order is based on a sample, the sample will be deemed the final quality standard. Acceptance of the sample by the customer constitutes acceptance of its color, texture, feel, and other characteristics. Please note that mass production may experience slight color variations due to factors such as dye batches and equipment. This is common in the Textiles industry and does not constitute a quality issue unless the difference exceeds the generally accepted reasonable range in the industry (which must be quantified and agreed upon in the contract).
* Quality Objections: If a customer objects to product quality, they must raise the issue within the specified timeframe, as outlined in Section 7, "Acceptance," and provide detailed evidence. We will investigate the situation and negotiate a solution (e.g., return, exchange, discount, compensation, etc.). Objections received after the timeframe will generally not be accepted.
9. Intellectual Property
* All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs, data, etc.), as well as our product designs, technical information, and proprietary processes, are the property of Jiaqi Textiles or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
